The Alberta Dental Foundation (ADF) is a charitable foundation dedicated to improving access to dental care for underserved and low-income Albertans. We strive to improve the overall health and well-being of those in our community by providing funding to charitable organizations engaged in dental wellness activities.
The ADF will act as a hub for organizations—such as The Boyle McCauley Dental Clinic and SHINE Youth Clinic in Edmonton, and The Alex’s Dental Health Bus program in Calgary—to access needed funding and for the public to access support via links to underused government programs.
Through the compassionate support of the oral health community of this province, the Alberta Dental Foundation will be an integral resource which will connect our vulnerable communities, and the organizations and initiatives which work to serve them, to the care and support they need.
With support from the CDSA Council and members of Alberta’s oral health community, the Alberta Dental Foundation will work to eliminate access to care issues.
We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
